ACCOMMODATION UNITS - BUNGALOWS, APARTMENTS, MOBILE HOMES

  • Is it possible to reserve a specific accommodation unit (view, location, etc.)?
    The reservation confirms the type of accommodation unit, it is not possible to reserve a number/position. The reception cannot be obligated but will do everything within its power to fulfill the guests' wishes regarding the position or number of the accommodation unit, all in accordance with the possibilities and availability.
  • Where can I read the general terms and conditions and changes and cancellations of reservations?
    You will receive all the information listed by email after sending your accommodation request.
  • Can accommodation units be reserved during the season for the following season?
    Reservations can be made at the main reception or by e-mail.
  • Do you provide bed linen and the towels in the accommodation units and how often is it changed?
    Bed linen and towels are available in the accommodation units and included in rental price. Bed linen (bungalow, appartement, mobile home type Villa Lavri) is being changed once a week and towels twice a week.
    Mobile homes cleaning is every third day, bed linen is being changed once a week and towels twice a week.
  • Is the inventory list of the accommodation unit available?
    The inventory list of each accommodation unit can be downloaded from the accommodation unit's website.
  • Is it allowed to use barbecues in the accommodation units?
    Barbecues are prohibited in the accommodation units.
  • Are cots and high chairs available?
    Cots and high chairs are available free of charge, and please specify this when booking accommodation.
  • Can I enter the resort during the night on the day of arrival?
    Entry to the settlement is not possible during the nightly silence of  24-07. Guests who have booked a bungalow, apartment or mobile home can enter without a car. You can park your vehicle in the parking lot located next to the reception at the entrance to the camp.
  • From what time is the accommodation available?
    On the day of arrival, the booked accommodation is available from 1 p.m.
  • Is it possible to enter the accommodation unit before the official check-in 1 p.m.?
    Early check-in is subject to availability on arrival day. If the accommodation unit is empty and has already been cleaned, the receptionist can approve an early check-in.
  • In case of late arrival/early departure, will I be charged for the entire stay (in accordance with my reservation) or only for the time I actually spent in the resort?
    In case of late arrival/early departure, the entire reserved period will be charged.
  • Is it possible to stay longer in the apartment on the day of departure? How much would it cost?
    Late check-out is subject to availability on departure day. Consultation with the reception is obligatory! If the apartment is available, you can extend your stay until 6 p.m. and you will be charged 50% of the accommodation unit rental price.
  • Until when may I stay in the accommodation unit on the check out day?
    Bungalows, apartments, mobile homes must be vacated by 10 a.m., and vehicles are to leave the complex. Keys must be returned at the reception. Failure to do so will incur fees for an additional night's stay.

CAMPING PITCHES

  • Can a pitch be reserved?
    A pitch can not be reserved. Upon arrival, the guest chooses a pitch from the currently available ones. Please note that guests can stay in the camp until 1 p.m. on the day of departure.
  • Can I enter the camp during the night on the day of arrival?
    Entry to the camp is not possible during the nightly quiet period of 24-07.
    If you arrive between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., you can stay the first night at the parking located next to the reception at the entrance to the camp for an additional fee according to the current price list.
  • What does overnight stay on the campsite parking mean?
    Overnight stay in the campsite parking for a fee is intended exclusively for arriving camp guests.
  • Until what time can I stay in the camp on the day of departure?
    Camping pitch must be vacated by 1 p.m. and the vehicle is to leave the complex. Failure to do so will incur fees for an additional day.

  • Is it possible to rent a refrigerator in camp?
    The refridgerator can be rented at reception at an additional cost and no prior reservation is possible. The refrigerator is delivered directly to the pitch.
  • Is it allowed to use a barbecue?
    Only electric or gas barbecues are allowed on the pitch.
  • What does a pitch occupied without people mean?
    A pitch occupied without people means that the pitch is occupied by a camper, tent or caravan, but is uninhabited, i.e. there are no people on the pitch for one or more nights (trips, etc.).
  • Is it possible to rent a pitch at a flat rate?
    Flat rate camp pitches are limited, and new contracts can only be concluded with prior approval of Reception. Price is according to the current price list.

MARINA

  • Can I reserve a berth in the marina?
    We do not reserve berths in the marina. The marina does not have berths for sailboats and catamarans.
  • Until what time can I stay in the marina on the day of departure?
    Guests should take their boat and vehicle outside the marina and the complex by 1 p.m. Failure to do so will incur fees for an additional day.

DAILY VISITORS

  • Can I visit the settlement and my friends?
    For stays (touring the camp, visiting friends) up to 2 hours, visitors must leave a valid ID, which will be returned upon exiting.
  • How much does a daily entrance to the resort cost?
    For stays longer than 2 hours, an entry ticket is charged according to current price list. It is valid until 22:00 on the day of entry.
    Single persons are only allowed to enter the settlement if they have a Valalta Loyalty Card.
  • How can I enter the resort?
    Entry is allowed only on foot.

VEHICLE TRAFFIC

  • To ensure peace and the safety of all our guests, especially children, please minimize the use of vehicles inside the resort.
  • The use of the following electric vehicles is prohibited: scooters, hoverboards, skateboards, unicycles, tricycles, and similar vehicles. Exceptions apply to persons with disabilities, subject to the approval of the Management.
  • Within the entire resort, only electric motorcycles, electric scooter motorcycles, electric bicycles and bicycles are permitted, as well as cars and motor vehicles that serve as the only means of transport with which the guest arrived at the resort.
  • During night quiet hours, entering or leaving the resort by vehicle, or driving within the resort, is prohibited, except for authorized staff.

PAYMENT

  • How can the bill be settled?
    You can pay the bill for your stay in cash, euros or credit/debit cards.
  • Which cards can be used for payment?
    Maestro, MasterCard, Visa.
  • Where are the ATMs?
    ATMs are located at the main reception and the camp-entrance reception.

RESTAURANTS & BARS

  • Is there a meal option for guests with celiac disease or other food intolerances?
    We offer gluten-free and vegan options. Please state your preference when arriving at the restaurant.
    In the Pansion restaurant, we have a daily offer of fresh side dishes and salads where various combinations can always be offered. Some of the dishes we offer can be adapted to include wholemeal or gluten-free pasta, etc.
    The a la carte restaurants Uvala and Spaccio offer several vegan dishes in their menus.
  • Can half board/breakfast/dinner be taken additionally on site?
    You can take half board/breakfast/dinner additionally at the reception, or if you wish, pay for individual meals directly at the Pansion restaurant.
  • Are drinks included in the half board/dinner price?
    Drinks are not included in the half board/dinner price.

ANIMATION

  • Is there organized animation?
    Organized entertainment is available to guests at no extra charge. Weekly schedule is available at the nmotice bord at the site.
  • Are babysitting services provided in the kids club?
    Kids Club does not provide babysitting services. Younger children may stay in the Kid's Club only under supervision of their parent/guardian.

SPORT & FITNESS

  • Can bicycles be rented in the resort?
    Adult bicycles (and child seats) and children's bicycles can be rented for a fee at the Info Point at the main reception and at the Tennis sports center. There are marked and maintained bicycle paths around the camp, a map can be obtained at the reception.
    We do not offer E-bikes.
  • Can sports equipment be rented in the resort?
    Guests can pick up sports equipment free of charge at the Tennis sports center or at the camp reception.
    The camp offers numerous sports and recreational facilities. All sports fields, except for the tennis court, in the camp are completely free of charge for all our guests!
  • Where can a tennis court be reserved?
    You can reserve a court for a fee at the main reception. Tennis equipment is free of charge and is available directly at the Tennis center.
  • How can I access the gym?
    The fitness center is located within the pool complex and is equipped with a variety of equipment. Use is free of charge for all guests.

EXCURSION

  • Are there organized excursions offered?
    Information about boat trips departing from FKK Marina Valalta can be obtained at +38591/5288889.
    For a boat trip to Venice, contact the Info point at the main reception.

BOAT RENTAL & EQUIPMENT FOR WATER SPORTS

  • Can small motor boats be rented in the resort?
    Near the marina reception, it is possible to rent small motor boats (driver's license required). You can find more information at rentaboatvalalta.com or contact us at rentaboatvalalta@gmail.com or via Whatsapp +385953406134.
  • Can SUP boards, kayaks and pedal boats be rented in the resort?

BEACH & POOLS

  • Is the use of aqua parks in the water and aquagun included in the price?
    The use of aqua parks in the water and aquagan is included in the price.
  • Are umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach and pools included in the price?
    Sunbeds and umbrellas at the pools and on the beach are available to all guests for free, subject to availability. According to the House Rules reservations are prohibited.

SANITARY FACILITIES

  • Are the sanitary blocks adapted for disabled persons?
    In the majority of the sanitary blocks in the camp, there are bathrooms adapted to  needs of disabled persons.
  • Are there washing machines and dryers in the sanitary blocks?
    In the majority of the sanitary blocks in the camp, there are washing machines and dryers. The devices work with tokens, and tokens are sold at the main reception.
  • Are there laundry and drying services?
    Laundry and drying services are also offered for a fee, and all necessary information can be obtained at the main reception.
  • Is there a possibility of ironing clothes?
    An ironing board is available in sanitary block no. 10. You must bring your own iron.
  • Can chemical toilets be emptied in all sanitary blocks?
    In all except numbers 11, 12, 13 and 17.
  • Is there a place in the camp for emptying campers' wastewater?
    The place is located in the immediate vicinity of the car wash. Check the exact location on the campsite map. This service is free of charge.

MEDICAL SERVICES

  • Is there a doctor in the resort?
    The resort has a tourist ambulance and a pharmacy located within the pool complex.
    Medical services are subject to a fee.

WELLNESS & BEAUTY SERVICES

  • Can I use the sauna, get massages and other beauty treatments?
    In the indoor/outdoor heated pool S3, you can use the Finnish sauna and Turkish bath for a fee, and there are also several different whirlpools and a sunbathing area. The entrance ticket is purchased at the main reception.
    You can use the massage services and other treatments at the Vital Center within the pool complex. Reservations can be made directly at the Center or by calling the phone number indicated on the price list. See the Services website https://valalta.hr/en/page/services.
    Beauty treatments can only be booked directly at the Beauty Salon within the pool complex.

BUS & TAXI SERVICE

  • Where is the bus stop?
    The bus leaves the campsite from the stop located in front of the campsite entrance, and from Rovinj from the Stari Grad Rovinj Bus Stop (near the Valdibora parking).
  • Where can I buy bus tickets?
    You can buy them directly on a bus.
  • Where can I see the bus timetable?
    The Valalta-Rovinj-Valalta timetable can be found at the reception desks or per QR Code you received upon registration.
  • Where is the taxi stand?
    For taxi service, please contact the campsite reception desk.

WiFi

  • Is there an Internet point?
    An Internet point is available at the main reception.
  • How can I connect to Wi-Fi?
    By entering the code from the form and the corresponding PIN, received at check-in.
  • Is Wi-Fi free?
    FREE Wireless access is available in the resort area.
  • Are the accommodation facilities covered by Wi-Fi?
    Yes, but the open layout of the camp, with lush vegetation and trees, and the spaciousness of the structure do not guarantee perfect connectivity in every area, plot or corner of the camp.

OTHER

  • Can I bring a pet/animal on holiday?
    No, pets/animal are not allowed in the entire resort and marina.
  • Where can I rent a safe?
    A safe can be rented at the reception for an additional fee. A safe is available in some accommodation units and its use is included in the accommodation price.
  • Is there a car wash in the resort?
    The car wash is located in the immediate vicinity of the main reception. The wash works with tokens, tokens are sold at the main reception.
  • Is it possible to charge electric cars?
    There are 2 E-charging stations in the resort free of charge with a total of 6 charging stations. Charging power 22 kW. Only Type 2 (Mennekes) connection available.
  • Where can I buy postcards and post stamps?
    Postcard and postage stamps can be bought at the news stand.
  • Where are located the letter boxes?
    Letter boxes are located at main reception and are white in color.
