Advance payment for apartments, bungalows and mobilhomes reservation
Advance payment can be realised by bank transfer. Payment details are specified in booking confirmation. The amount payed in advance will be deducted from total on your final receipt.

Is it possible tomake reservation for next year?
Yes, it is possible to make reservetion directly at reception desk or via e-mail.

Is it possible to book a specific accommodation unit (view etc.)?
Your special requests submitted with the booking will be forwarded to our reception. Depending on availability your wishes will be considered, but we can not give any guarantees.

Do you provide bed linen and the towels in the accommodation units and how often is it changed?
Bed linen and towels are available in the accommodation units and included in rental price. Bed linen we change  every 6-th day and towels every 3-rd day.

Are baby cots available?
Baby cots are available but should be booked in advance.

Wich credits card are accepted?
Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

Can I pay in kuna, euro or with credit card or debit card?
Yes, we accept kuna, euro, credit card and debit card.

Check  in – Check out

  • May the guests enter the campsite during the night?
    The access to the campsites during the night time peace is not allowed .If your arrival is scheduled in the period from 12 AM to 7 AM, you may spend your first night at the car-park, which is located next to the reception office.
  • Is it possible to enter the accommodation unit before the official check-in 1 p.m?
    Early check-in is subject to availability on arrival day. If the accommodation unit is empty and has already been cleaned, the receptionist can approve an early check-in.
  • Is it possible to stay longer in the apartment on the day of departure? How much would it cost?
    Late check-out is subject to availability on departure day. Consultation with the reception is obligatory! If the apartment is available, you can extend your stay until 6 p.m. and you will be charged 50% of the accommodation unit rental price.
  • Until when may I stay in the camp on the check out day?
    Bungalows, apartments, mobile homes must be vacated by 10 AM, and vehicles are to leave the complex. Keys must be returned at the reception. Failure to do so will incur fees for an additional night's stay.
    Camping plots must be vacated by 1 PM and the vehicle is to leave the complex. Failure to do so will incur fees for an additional day.
    Guests should take their boat or vehicle outside the marina and the complex by 1 PM. Failure to do so will incur fees for an additional day.

How much is the entrance to the camping?
Daily visitors are required to pay an entrance fee. The amount depends on the period of their visit. Single persons are allowed into the complex only if they are members of INF.

ATM Machines
The ATM machines are located at the main reception.

Where can I buy bus tickets?
You can buy them directly on a bus.

Is there some organised animation program?
Yes, there are activities organized on daily basis. Weekly schedule is available at the nmotice bord at the site.

Is it possible to rent a bicycle at the camping site?
Yes, You can rent bicycles at the main reception or at the sport centre Tennis.

Is there an Internet point?
Yes, there is an Internet point  at the main reception. In camp there is Wi-Fi connection.

Are there organized excursions?
You can get informations obout excursions at the main reception. It is also possible to book the excursions.

Is there an exchange office at the reception?
Yes, there is an exchange office at the main reception. Foreign currencies can be exchanged at the official exchange rate.

Is it possible to rent a safe at the reception?
Some of accomodation units have safe and the use it included in price. It is possible to rent a safe at the campsite’s reception in accordance with the current price list.

Is it possible to call a taxi?
Please contact the main reception for taxi services.

Where can I buy postcard and post stamps?
Postcard and postage stamps can be bought at the news stands.

Where are located the letter boxes?
Letter boxes are located at main reception and are yellow.

Are sun beds and beach umbrellas included in price?
Yes, the deck chairs and beach umbrellas on the beach /pool are included in price.

Is there a laundry service?
There is a laundry service in the campsite, all the necessary information can be found at the main reception.

Is it possible to book half board / breakfast upon arrival?
Yes, you can book half-board / breakfast at the reception upon arrival. Or, you can pay each meal directly at the restaurant.

Are the beverages included in halboard/dinner price?
No, beverages are not included in price.

Are pets allowed in your camping?
No, the pets are not allowed in the camping.

Is it possible to make reservation of a pitch number?
No, it is not possible to make reservation for a pitch. You can choose one upon arrival.

What does pitch occupied but uninhabited mean?
Pitch occupied but uninhabited means that the pitch is occupied, there is caravan or a tent on it but is uninhabited, the guests are absent for one or more nights for various reasons (excursion etc.).

Flat Rate
Flat rate camp pitches are limited, and new contracts are signed only with the certificate previously issued by the reception according to the current price list.

Is tapped water safe to drink?
Yes, tapped water is safe to drink.

Is it possible to rent a refrigerator at your place?
Yes, small refrigerators are available for rent. Please ask at the main reception.

Is there a barbecue / grill?
There is a grill place next to the sanitary block nr 17 in the campsite and can be used free of charge, open fire is not allowed!

Are the sanitary blocks adapted for disabled persons?
Some sanitary blocks are adapted to meet the needs of disabled persons.
